He made comments during a visit to Russia, attended by President Vladimir Putin, the BBC reported.
Erdogan headed to the Russian town of Kazan ' earlier today for the Brics summit of developing economies, which includes India and China.
Speaking at this event, Putin condemned the attack on the aviation company near Ankara and expressed “condolences on”, according to Reuters news agency.
