The enemy tribes in Shkodra/ How the massacre of murders between Bayra and Lakes began, at least 20 victims and dozens of assassinations

Hamza Lici is the last remaining victim after he was killed by a moving car while traveling with the son of the former deputy candidate, Xhemal Bushati, Arlind Busati. Bushati was severely injured with a bullet in his head during the incident in Shkodra.

Hamza Lic is the brother of Ibrahim Lici, who is accused of killing Andrew Mustaf in May 2021.

Ibrahim Lici was arrested last year in Turkey and later released after the extradition was refused.

Ibrahim Lici's name was coveted during 2017, following information that he imposed fines on businesses in Shkodra. At that time, police were conducting operation by arresting a group of people, including Ibrahim Lici, who was later released.

Ibrahim Lici has been arrested along with his brother, Muhamet Lici, in March 2017 after running a criminal group that imposed fines on Zdrales' businessmen in Shkodra. Muhamet Lici was sentenced to 13 years in prison, while the court released Ibrahim Lici.

Then there's another known tribe in Shkodra, the Bilal.

The situation was tense when Astmer Bilal killed his father and uncle in Shkodra. It was suspected of the Lici tribe, but the evidence was missing.

The latest collision was the murder of Andrew Mustafa in 2021.

Police declared Ibrahim Licin on the run, but the latter said there were alibis and that the Billals had committed the murder.

According to police, Lic is the lead author of the assassination of the Astril brothers and Brahim Bilali, the event on March 30th, 2019.

They were executed at the Kalashnikov house gate, and the event was reported as a clash between rival gangs in Shkodra.

The clashes between Lici and Bajri in Shkodra have allegedly started since the January 2018 assassination against businessman Lulzim Tower.

On August 23rd, Agron Mollaj and Gezim Hysa, grandson and uncle disappeared, while today their troops have not yet been found. These two citizens were allegedly linked to the Lici tribe.

Next comes the assassination of Arjan Ferracak, who was shot while in the Livadhe area on September 1, 2018.

On November 14, 2018, Fatos Ferracaku, cousin of Arjan Ferracac is killed. Fatos Ferracaku was killed in broad daylight while selling fish in the neighborhood “Rus”.

In September 2019, after the crime series began, police intervened by arresting suspected members of the “Bayri” criminal group. 12 persons included Astmer Bilalin were arrested in Albania, the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain.

The last victim of this age among the hostile tribes in Shkodra is Hamza Lici.
