All decisions made today at the Government Meeting

These are the decisions that have been made:

Adopted for the Kosovo Reforms Agency decision under the EU Reform and Economic Growth Tool in the Western Balkans, which is objectively implementing reforms towards EU accession and those for economic growth negotiated with the EU.

Adopted Order for the Procedure of Public Service Officers in Health Sector.

Adopted Order for Standards, Metodology and the Research System and Monitoring Operational Plans for Regional Development of Development Regions.

Adopted regulation for establishment, organisation, functioning and monitoring of Regional Development Centres in the Development Regions.

The decision for the partial annulment of the Final Decision No.07/95 of March 26th, 2019.

The Final Decision for Exploitation for Public Interest in Real Property, which is affected by the implementation of the Project: Construction of the R221 Cerkolez Regional Road, Rakosh.

The Final Decision for Exploitation and Establishment of the Secret Law for Public Interest in Real Property, which is affected by Project realisation: “Substation Building in Malisheve”.

Adopted the Parliamentary Decision for Exploitation for Public Interest in Real Property for Customs Terminal Needs.

The decision to consider further the demand for public interest in real estate affected by project implementation: “entering Ferizaj City”

Adopted the decision to further examine the demand for public interest in real estate that is affected by project implementation: The construction of the Multi-Strip Regional Road.

The decision was adopted for further review of the request for public interest in real estate affected by project implementation: “The City of Gjilan and National Road Key”.

Adopted the decision on the appointment of the ad hoc Commission for Professional Approval Education for the High Position of the Steering Catagore: Executive Director of the Agriculture Development Agency.

Adopted the decision on the appointment of the ad hoc Commission for Professional Approval Education for the High Position of the Steering Catagore: Secretary-General of the Ministry for Communities and Return.

Adopted the decision to appoint the Secretary General to the Regional Development Ministry.

The Health Ministry's request for payment of 22 (twoth) specialists with self-finance from Presevo Valley, Republic of Albania, Republic of Montenegro.

The decision to change and fulfill the government's decision No.29/112 on December 13th, 2022 for the adoption of the Action Plan for the Single-Enlargement of Energy Crisis Economic Socio, amended and fulfilled with the decision No.03128 on February 16, 2023.

The decision to change and fulfill the Government's decision No.20/145 of June 7th 2023 to establish the Steering and Co-ordination Committee for considering the progress of implementing measures of the Implementation Plan to ease the immediate socio-economic impact of the energy crisis.

Overcoming Strategy for Development of the National Space Information Strategy and Action Plan 2024-2026.

Overcoming Kosovo's Intelligent Transport System Action Plan for 2024-2026.

Well received concept-documentation for the field of Metrology.

The Kosovo Privatisation Agency's request for the return of the vehicles transferred to the Kosovo Republic budget was approved at many of eight thousand five hundred and ten euros.

It approved the Ministry of Economy's request for the division of budget resources in many of the four million and thirteen thousand and seventy-nine euros (4,0113,779)) for implementation of the Action Plan for easing the immediate socioeconomic impact of the energy crisis, according to Government No decision. 29/112 of the date 13,12.2022, complete and changed with Government decision No.03128 dated 16,02,2023.

It approved the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports' demand for transport of vehicles to many of the many four million and two percent of the thirty-five thousand euros (4,235,000) to below 25 %s of the negatively affected category of capital expenditures under 2024 for implementation of the culture and sports programme.

The Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers Action Plan approved for implementation of recommendations from the annual Audition Report for 2023.
