At the Vremica customs terminal, customs officers managed to uncover goods with the expired deadline within a municipality during a detailed search.
An importative subject had filed a trade burden, which was selected for control based on the risk analysis conducted by Kosovo Customs.
During this raid, in the presence of phyto-sanitary inspectors, customs officials identified several goods with expired use terms, including:
Product oven;
Gum?
Gomed sweets;
Cookies?
Erusa?
A piece of these products were loaded between the load of type fears, while the rest was hidden at the bottom of the load, camouflaged with goods with regular use terms. After this discovery, the importative subject was subjected to customs violations according to Article 244, paragraph 1, points 1.2 of the Customs Code and Kosovo Actis (KDAK), while goods (over 3000 packages) were subjected to seizure”.
