Speaking from Brussels on October 28th, Rutte has considered this step to be a “major escalation” in Russia's war in Ukraine.
According to him, the move signals “punishment” of Russian President Vladimir Putin, following the loss of more than 600,000 soldiers in the war, reports REL.
“The deepening of military co-operation between Russia and North Korea poses a threat to Euro-Atlantic security and that of Indo-Medivac”, He said it.
