Faithful Buzhala, who was the director of the CEC Secretariat, said that in most cases rejected, applicants have not been photographed holding the ID simultaneously. According to him, periods for changing the polling Centre within the municipality are continuing, which began 29 August and will end on December 26th.
He has announced that 892 requests have been accepted and 189 of them approved.
“Based on data, by 13 October, 892 requests for changing the 703 polling centre through electronic platform and 189 in the offices of the Municipal Election Commissions, of which 866 applications have been approved, while another 26 have been rejected” he said.
