On the date 14,10.2024, at 15:38, an announcement was made that an e-mail came to the address of the Ukrainian Embassy, in which it said that an embassy bomb had been placed on the premises. Police services and the Anti-explosive Unit have gone immediately to the scene, where they made the evacuation of embassy staff, and after conducting corresponding checks and verifications, it has proved the announcement false. Police services, Anti-terror structures and specialised structures for the investigation of cybernetic crime in co-operation with Embassy staff are working on explaining circumstances and identifying persons responsible for the case”, police say.
