“Velrated that the former WBD through taking this decision has violated the financial tasks defined under the Public Intervention Law, and by offering general, counter-insisting, wrong and incomplete descriptions, making decision to annul the decision and return Mr. Dri Cana in the position of chief executive head”, said among other things in the decision.
