United States President Joe Biden announced on Wednesday that he has allocated $425m to help Ukraine reinforce its security in the fight against Russia.
He announced Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, of his efforts to get “reached” security assistance for Ukraine during the remaining time of his mandate, the White House announced.
The package includes additional air defence weapons, air and land ammunition, armoured vehicles and decisive ammunition to meet Ukraine's urgent needs, a White House communique reported.
Beden spoke on the phone with Zelensky about US additional assistance to Ukraine, which is fighting full invasion by Russia.
