Albania's top diplomat, Igli Hasani, has said there is no <x0-substantiial crash” between prime ministers Albin Kurti and Edi Rama.

He said Kosovo has always been Albania's foreign policy priority and pledged that efforts to keep Kosovo as close as possible to the European Union will continue.

They don't see any crash for nothing. I don't see any collisions for anything inferior. I don't see any clashes on topics pertaining to the future of Kosovo, with recognition of Kosovo as an independent country and the integrity and integrity of its territory”, Hasani has said in an interview for Euronea Albania.

Asked also about Tirana's relations with Belgrade, seeing that “what is orchestrated in Belgrade against Kosovo”.

Hasan in response said Albania does not compromise with Belgrade for the future of Kosovo, while he said his country stands for a region with a positive future.

Question: Let's take a stop to our Balkan region. First I'm starting with Kosovo. How are Tirana's relations with Pristina?

Minister Hasani: Excellent. And here I quote Prime Minister Kurti, who in a first interview a few days ago has openly expressed that sometimes only bad news is news.

We know good news is never news. Kosovo is the main point of the foreign policy work of the Republic of Albania. It has always been, even in the most difficult moments of the Albanian state, that has been the focus on what actually happened or happened in Kosovo.

We have a very strong commitment, we have a direct commitment, we have a relationship that needs to be taken for example in reports that two countries have in current terms. And we continue to work in an organic way on important topics.

Question: Why doesn't Mr. Minister look like this to you?

Minister Hasani: issue of perception.

Question: The Fight Between Rama and Kurt

Minister Hasani: They don't see any collisions for nothing. I don't see any collisions for anything inferior. I don't see any clashes on topics related to the future of Kosovo, with recognition of Kosovo as an independent country and the integrity and integrity of its territory.

I don't see any clashes for the commitment Albania has to maximumise the effort, so that Kosovo can be as close as possible to the European Union. Be it a place to open or tread all those stages that other countries have violated and progress as quickly as possible, since it is certainly a vibrent democracy for the country. A essentially pro-Atlantic country competes with Albania in the percentages of wanting to be closer and faster the Euro-Atlantic family. And for a reality that is only positive, with people pushing forward to have a society and the quickest Europeans.

Question: Should the bridge be opened over the river Iber, Mr. Minister?

Minister Hasani: It's not a question to open, of course the bridge should be opened. It's never been a question or a question. There is no bridge, nor is there any division between what We have created. What we said was that every step should be coordinated. We talk about the same logic, we talk about the same actions, we talk about the same way of thinking, but sometimes we talk about slightly different methods of work. What we've proposed, advised, has always been for actions to be undertaken co-ordinated.

Question: Why should Kosovo question internationals about one thing they themselves say is legal?

Minister Hasani: Obliging the mother state, Albania's obligation is always to convey positive and constructive messages to all of them. who are committed to the Albanian issue in the region. We see as very important, that any attempt that concerns the stability of each of us is to be well co-ordinated with our main allies, and the Allies have attitudes, which as I said are completely on the same line that any of us think should be done. But the ways are a little different. Let's adjust the way decisions are made and there are very good examples, at least I'm talking about Albania. The moment Albania has acted in line and in the same commitment as its allies have said, the results have been much better.

Question: Does all this harm Kosovo, Mr. Minister? Failure to comply with international partners, imposing sanctions, and all this process in which Kosovo is

Minister Hasani: I want to see the whole positive thing. I want our brothers and sisters in Kosovo to prepare to be as soon as possible part of a large family, part of the Euro-Atlantic family. Even all the efforts they have to make, assisted by us, should be to make Kosovo a country as quickly as the European Union candidate and NATO membership candidate. But these are steps, which must be well calculated.

Question: Should Kosovo have received the country's staff?

Minister Hasani: I have no other opinion, I am the biggest Partisan of all the effort colleagues in Pristina are making to push the Euro-Atlantic flag into their efforts.

Question: Tirana's relations with Belgrade, how are Mr. Minister? Viewing reactions, against reactions, attacks, all that is orchestrated in Belgrade against Kosovo. They're the best possible, aren't they?

Minister Hasani: Depends on where we put the pipe. If we're going to have a tenth, fifteen, twenty-five years. The way you handle everything would depend on the moment of putting on the pipe. For us, what is important is that in the region, with the countries of the region, we will continue our constructive effort for a common future as positive as possible. But that without compromise on issues that are essentially important for the Albanian state, for the Republic of Albania, but also for our vital interests regarding Kosovo's future in the first place. As I said, the Kosovo issue is the main topic of the work of the Republic of Albania's Foreign Ministry. And there's no compromise here. We continue to strongly support the Pristina- Belgrade dialogue. And I really hope with the new European Commission configuration. With the new configuration of people who will be committed to it.

Question: You have any criticism of the elderly, that Kosovo has had as well for Lajcak, as for Mr. Borrell.

Minister Hasani: With the hope that all of the European Commission's commitment now to a commissioner, which will deal exclusively with enlargement and with the commission's commitment to the Pristina-Belgrade dialogue, with new energy with new dynamics, things change and change for the better.

Unfortunately, the whole region has been involved, I'm talking about 2024. And rhetoric has probably not gone in the right direction, has not gone to renew the fulfillment of common commitments and the effort to get closer. But it has taken over over overtones which have been a little bit challenging to each other, plus the fact that this year has had elections in the European Union.

We'll have elections in the United States in a few weeks. In a few weeks, we will have the new European Commission configuration. These are the dynamics that will make a winter 2024-2025 even more interesting. But for that, we will continue to be not only strongly focused but also well-equipped so that we can prepare to pay full attention to important topics that involve the most basic things that are Albanians, wherever they are. I was a few days ago with Presevo Mayor.

Question: I want to ask for the Albanians in the Valley, because often they say Tirana doesn't do enough for the Prishva Valley.

Minister Hasani: It is never enough what Tirana does for no Albanian. It's not enough for anyone, be it in the Presevo Valley, be they in the Republic of Kosovo, be they Albanians wherever they are. In northern Macedonia, Malta or the diaspora. And we won't let go anymore, we've started a serious commitment. Starting with the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs structure, we have a director who deals exclusively with Albanian factors in the region. We have stronger political attention, but as I said, what they do for Albanians everywhere is never enough. And with the Mayor of Presevo, we didn't discuss important topics, but also everydayness. Because it's everydayity sometimes that creates many overtones, which can create certain situations in the future.

Question: Albanians in the Presevo Valley are said to be the most discriminated Albanians in the region. Do you agree?

Minister Hasani: We need to work as hard as we can, so that Albanians everywhere are feeling well-informed, well-managed and engaged in societies where they contribute, as equal members and with very good values.

We talk about commitments and people who, in all their political efforts, are focused on the Euro-Atlantic future of the countries where they contribute. And that's an added value of commitment. which indiscriminately, wherever the Albanians are, always and every day.
