Aktakuse against three people, made terns with Trepca contests

The defendants, in January 2020, as a member of the US's tripca mine employee admission commission, in co-ordination and deliberately acted contrary to the legislation in effect, ignoring the recruiting procedures defined according to the MPMS administrative instruction regarding the regulation of competition procedures in the public sector. The same ones have violated assessment regulations during the candidate's oral interview, so instead of assessing every exact question of twenty (20) points as arranged in administrative guidelines, in concrete cases the defendants have assessed candidates from twenty-five years (25) for questions totaling more than one hundred (100) to three hundred (300) points, setting them up in working places and establishing working relationships with seven (7) persons, and with this action, the other candidates have denied the right to employment and the same condition as the pre-principlement is said by the prosecutor's statement.

Mitrovica, October 16, 2024 The Foundation Procuror in Mitrovica .K. has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica, against defendants A.H., E.M., and B.A., due to the suspicion that, in co-ordination, “Cencing employment rights and unemployment “, from Article 219 paragraph 1 related to Article 31 of the Kosovo Republic Penal Code (KPRK).
The defendants, in January 2020, as a member of the US Mine Workers' acceptance commission, in co-ordination and deliberately have acted contrary to the legislation in force, ignoring the recruiting procedures defined under the MPMS administrative instruction regarding the regulation of the competition procedures in the public sector.
The same ones have violated assessment regulations during the candidate's oral interview, so that instead of assessing every exact question of twenty (20) points as adjusted to administrative guidelines, in concrete cases the defendants have assessed candidates from twenty-five years (25) for questions totaling more than one hundred (100) to three hundred (300) points, setting them up in working places and establishing working relationships with seven (7) persons, and with this action the other candidates have denied the right to employment and the same conditions as the money is prescribed.
With these actions, defendants A.H., E.M., and B.A. have committed criminal acts that are being placed in burden.
The State Prosecutor has proposed to the court that the defendants plead guilty to the offense and punish them by law.
