Based on documents obtained by Periscopi, a member of the Council of List Guxo, Bahitar Berisha has remained solely approved by the Government to become director of the Kosovo Forests Agency(APK).

This, since Berisha has made sure that the appreciative Commission will give more points from the four candidates applying for the position (see dock. lower).

As Periscopi learns, the very composition of this commission has become illegal.

In this commission, appointed by the Government in 11,09,2024, finds Fidan Dema's name. This last one finds the title “. D APK” Director.

However, according to documents provided by Periscope, Dema this post, by law it had to be completed in 03.04,2024.

Dema has been appointed task manager for the chief position in the APK in 03.04.2023.

According to the Law on Public Offices, Article 35 points 3. ; 

The public officer could not be appointed as a fraud/work officer over six months. When the position cannot be completed within the six-month term, this deadline can last at most six (6) more months”.

That is, even after the legal deadline, Demas has made an assessment/declaration on this commission.
