Over 18,000 households with social assistance, which municipalities have the highest number

According to the AKS during September this year, there are a total of 18 thousand and 745 families with a total of 72 thousand and 329 members who receive social assistance.

But the number of households living with social assistance has declined compared to January of this year. Since the number of households with social assistance was 20 thousand and 251 families in January 2024.

The city, which continues to lead with the largest number of social cases, is Mitrovica with 1819 cases. Followed by Vushtrria with 1142 cases. Behind these two cities comes Gjakova with 990 cases and Lipjan with 942 cases. After Lipjan's gravity, Peja, with 911 families receiving social assistance.

And as a municipality with fewer social cases, there are Mamusa with 15 cases and Yunik with 39 cases.
