Xhaferi speaks for the first time as prime minister of Northern Macedonia: I stand accountable to citizens

Talat Xhaferi has delivered the first speech after taking office as the first Albanian prime minister in northern Macedonia.

Xhaferi spoke of responsibility before citizens in the leadership of the technical government.

Anyway, in this first presentation, I have no more to add than what I said before the deputies. With pride and a clear conscience and full responsibility, I have accepted, prepared, and acquired this trust of citizens through their representatives in the Assembly. I remain a nurse of responsibility, transparency and accountability to citizens and those who have decided the future of this country”, Xhaferi said.

He told citizens of Northern Macedonia not to worry about family photography in which some opposition-proposed deputies are missing. During his ministry, he said the picture would change.
