Xhaferi from the Parliament Speaker: Accepting the mandate with full satisfaction and responsibility

Albanian politician Talat Xhaferi, who is expected to become the first Albanian prime minister in Northern Macedonia, is giving his speech to the Parliament's folk as a mandate for forming the Government.

He has said that this mandate will be accepted with satisfaction and full responsibility.

I accept the mandate with full satisfaction and responsibility, in the hope that the proposal you have before yourself today will be the composition that will fulfill responsibilities towards our citizens. This proposal I make with the agreement of the largest parties in northern Macedonia”, the prime minister has said.

“Even though it might be called a transitional government that the priority will have to hold elections, for me as a mandater of this government there is no difference whether it is about 1 or 100 days. I have important duty and responsibility and I understand it and will address it as I have in every stage of my political and professional life”, he added.

He has assured all citizens that in any way he will allow the role of the professional institute to be diverted.

“Taking into account that this government is the proposal after the political parties' negotiations, me and the government are obliged to continue with full implementation of accepted policies”, Talat Xhaferi has indicated.
