Xhaferi following duty recognition: Constitution and Law, basis on which I will support any decision

Northern Macedonia's technical prime minister, Talat Xhaferi, after accepting the post, indicated that the constitution and the law will be the basis upon which he will support any action and decision in the government.

He said the primary task of this government is to prepare, organise and implement free, fair and democratic elections.

This government's “primary task is to prepare, organise and implement free, fair and fair presidential elections on 24 April and May 8th, and regular parliamentary elections on May 8th 2024, and for this the government in a direct, transparent and legal procedure”.

“In co-operation with the Assembly, the State Election Commission, the EU and the US will implement all legal, institutional, organisational and operational preconditions for the implementation of the citizens' clear will, aimed at enabling the highest European standards in the election campaign process and the elections themselves, to hold elections with full legitimacy”, it has been expressed.
