Task fraud, tax evasion: Major action police at several locations

A major action is under way in several Kosovo locations.

The action, led by Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor, is under way on suspicion of committing some criminal acts on the part of citizens and officials.

Criminal acts are “Task Deception”, “false documents regarding tax” and “Avoiding taxation”.

So said Klankosova.tv Pristina Foundation Prosecutor's spokeswoman Laureta Ulaj.

“Basic Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor in Pristina, Zejnullah Gashi, reports that under the leadership of this prosecutor, more specifically from the Department of Economic Crime and Corruption, in full co-ordination with the Police and following the approval of the Pre-Procedure Court, there is an action taking place since the morning, including several locations at the level in Kosovo, on suspicion of committing criminal acts by the official citizens, more specifically on the performance of criminal acts <x1 maternity> <2x>, <3> Avoiding tax””, she said.

The Foundation Procurory in Pristina will inform you in time of developments from this action, once it is finished”, Ulaj stressed.
