Who is Talat Xhaferi, now expected to be elected prime minister of northern Macedonia

The northern Macedonia Parliament will meet at the session to debate Xhaferi's programme and cabinet, while by midnight the technical government is expected to be voted and approved.
But who is Talat Xhaferi?
Talat Xhaferi was born on 15 April 1962 in Gostivar, Republic of Northern Macedonia. In 1981, it is registered at the Military Academy of Land Forces management, and the teaching is followed in Belgrade and Sarajevo. From 1996 to 1998, he devotes himself to postgraduate studies with specialisation in command and staff duties at the Skopje Military Academy, while in 2013 he wins the magistrate's title after successful protection of the subject at the University of Skopje.
The career in the armed forces begins in 1985, originally in the Yugoslav People's Army (APJ), with Macedonia's independence, it returns to its homeland and is installed in the Macedonian Army, being a senior officer and after a period elected commander of the infantry units in Tetovo barracks.
During years of political involvement in the DUI ranks, being elected deputy, deputy defence minister in 2008 and defence minister in February 2013.
In 2016, the fifth time the deputy is elected in the Assembly, and in 2017, the head of the Republic of Northern Macedonia is elected. On 21 August 2020, following his sixth term as deputy, he still wins the trust of most of the Parliament's deputies and is elected head of the legal chamber. /rtsh/
