“Rasti Thaci and others. Four sessions are cancelled in February according to Veselin”'s defence request, the Special has announced.

However, the Special has not fully approved Wessel's defence request, since they have requested cancellation of the hearings from January 29th to January 31st and also on February 1st.

“Panelli sees fit to release only the days of sessions scheduled for February 12th-15th 2024, and to hold the rest of the days of sessions as planned earlier”, the decision says, clarifying that the delay of other sessions could cause trouble in planned witnesses.
