European Union spokesman Peter Stano said progress is seen as possible following the Targat decision.
“Work about dialogue is continuing and the focus of this work is on implementing what has been reconciled in last spring in Brussels and Ohrid. This is very important. We have seen that progress is possible, since days ago both Kosovo and Serbia have agreed on the issue of license plates to remove the stick regime. This is concrete evidence that progress is possible when there is good will. We hope that this will continue even after Serbia's new government is created. We will continue to engage and work with the partners to help them because it is their duty and not ours to implement everything agreed on. It was a binding agreement. Therefore, the EU and its member states expect both sides to proceed as soon as possible. There's no time to waste”, steno said. /21Media
