Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague have indicated that the Court of Appeals panel has rejected the appeal of Isni Kilajt to stop the detention measure.
The former leader of Malisheva continues to be held in custody, as the same is accused of obstructing justice.
Kilaj was arrested on November 3rd following an arrest warrant issued by the specialised prosecutor.
“Kilaj was arrested for criminal acts against justice administration, including the obstruction of official persons in performing official duties within the sense of Article 401 of the Kosovo Criminal Code... and the violation of the secret of procedures”, the ZPS report said.
