Spain confirms for “El Pais” recognition of Kosovo passport does not indicate why they changed their stance

Already officially, Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that the Kosovo passport will be recognised and accepted by the Spanish state in a response to the prestigious newspaper “El Pais”; though in question that “Why?” has changed this attitude, Spanish authorities have not explained.

“El Pais” first quoted Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bissim, as he says recognition of Kosovo's passport has been confirmed in a written answer to them.
