Snowfalls involving the Balkans created major problems in Croatia, especially on the Zagreb highway Belgrade, where winter services are trying to create more or less normal conditions for driving from early morning.
However, because of severe weather conditions, traffic accidents have been recorded on the highways.
As Croatian media reports, accidents are registered on the Zagreb highway Belgrade, where cars and trucks are involved in accidents.
According to Croatian state agencies report, parts of A1 Zagre Highway B-Ploche-Caramatic was shut down for traffic today because of powerful winds.
Both highways are also frequented by exiles from Kosovo, who in this period are returning to countries where they live in the West.
Similar weather conditions have been recorded in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where traffic in many sections is difficult because of snow.
