The Serbian politician's brutal beating, Konjufca: It was only because he apologised for Serbia's crimes, internationals to react

Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has reacted after beating Serbian opposition politician Nikola Sandulovic. Konjufca has said that in a situation of media intimidation and darkness in Serbia, disturbing speculation that terrorist Milan Radojciq, wanted by the Republic of Kosovo and internationally for the terrorist attack on Banjska, has also participated in torture, yet [...]

Konjufca has said that in a situation of media intimidation and darkness in Serbia, disturbing speculation that terrorist Milan Radojciq, wanted by the Republic of Kosovo and internationally for the terrorist attack on Banjska, has not yet been clarified.

Konjufca has called on the international community to condemn this act and to take containive actions, as he has said, the Serbian state's “brutality, which is as oriented as to the Republic of Kosovo, as far as public figures serving the progress of our relations”.

Conjufca's full response:

Wanting a cure as soon as possible, Mr. Sandulovic, and wishing he would get even more determined by this serious attack, also calls on the international community to condemn this act and to take restraining action of the brutality of the Serbian state, which is as oriented as to the Republic of Kosovo, as towards public figures serving the progress of our relations.
Democracy is measured by the intrastate elements, but also by comparisons with countries where it has already been radically isolated. And in that sense, democratic countries' response to this serious act is highly determining.

I punish him in the harshest way the ugly act of brutal violence in Serbia towards politician Nikola Sandulovic.

From media reports and family statements and lawyers we learned that Mr. Sandulovic, taken from Serbian secret service police, has been held and beaten by officials of this state institution, and then raided the apartment. In a situation of media intimidation and darkness in Serbia, the disturbing allegation that terrorist Milan Radojciq, wanted by the Republic of Kosovo and internationally for the terrorist attack on Banjska, has not yet been clarified.
Trying to scare and repel politicians like Mr. Sandulovic, who is precisely attacked because he recognises the sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo and apologises for Serbia's crimes against Albanians, comes as an attack on the possibility of a just political reconciliation between Kosovo and Serbia, as well as on European political culture in Serbia.

Kosovo Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu reacted to Konjufca.

She has said the international community must condemn this act.

Serbia is still in the 1990s and out of normalisation. There, the only opposition, Sandulovic, is beaten and tries to be eliminated only because he accepts Kosovo's truth. The international community must condemn this act”, Haxhiu has written on the social X network.

During the day today, Cedomir Stojkovic, the lawyer of Serbian opposition politician Nikola Sandulovic, has announced that he is being sent to the central prison in Belgrade from the Emergency, where he was laid down yesterday after reportedly being beaten by secret service officials.

Stojkovic has said Sandulovqi is being transferred to prison when his “his life is at stake”.

They're taking him away because Nikola put flowers in Albanian graves. It's a formal and formal charge against him. Let me repeat, the official charge against him is that he has spread hatred against Serbs by putting flowers in Albanian graves, asking forgiveness from Albanians for crimes committed”, he wrote on the X platform.

According to the lawyer, Stojkovic was beaten two days ago in the BIA building for this reason: “because he placed flowers in the graves of Albanians in Kosovo”.
