The British Defence Ministry has announced that Russian pilots twice bombed villages controlled by Moscow forces because they were tired and poorly trained.
According to recent British intelligence information, three villages in occupied Luhansk were bombed by Russian forces between 2 January and 8 January.
Four civilians have been injured in one village, and six houses have been destroyed as a result of bombing by Russian pilots.
British intelligence has reported that a Russian village has been evacuated because of damage caused by Russian aircraft rockets.
British intelligence has said Russian pilots are so tired they have failed in tactics during missions.
In two incidents, Russian pilots have used too much weapons, wounding dozens of people in the border town of Belgorod in April last year.
