To discuss closely the details of this major investment in Shkodra municipality, a meeting was held between representatives of the two states, Bennett Beci, Shkodra Mayor and Libran Aliu, minister of Infrastructure in Kosovo.

The Albania Railways Kosovo is estimated to have a cost of 700m euros, while passing this line from Shkodra has been one of the topics agreed on by the two governments of Albania and Kosovo.
