Other details have emerged after four people in Great Britain were found dead inside a house.
Foreign media suggest that British police had ignored a phone call from a man from where the event occurred at 0600 yesterday morning.
Police were sent home only after receiving a second call at 7: 00 a.m. from a person who was concerned about people inside.
The four lifeless bodies were found when the police entered at 7:15 a.m.
Bartholomew Kuczynski, 45, and his daughters 12 and 7 years old, were found dead yesterday inside the house in Costesey, near Norich, along with a 36-year-old woman whose identity has not yet been disclosed.
A reference has been made to police supervisors today for the death of family members for their lack of time.
Norfolk's police confirmed that they were referring to the Independent Police Conduct Office (IOPC) itself, in terms of its failure to respond to the serious event.
