Police event: 12 ATK officials arrested and owner of a business damaged Kosovo budget worth 2.8m euros

12 ATK officials and the owner of a business have been arrested today.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has acknowledged that in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, the Directorate for Economic Crimes and Corruption, on the basis of the ordinance issued by the Constitutional Court in Pristina for control and temporary selection of houses and supervisory establishments, today a action has been carried out, with what was checked and raided by two (2) locations, respectively in the town of Podujevo and Prizren, where 13,3) suspected persons, (12 12) by ATK officials (1) a business owner.

People with M.Z. initials, N.B., S.T., A.J., M.R., M.Z., M.B., G.G., A.P., V.K., A.R., J.H., ATK officials are suspected to have carried out the criminal work “Monotheism on duty, by Article 419 of The KPRK, so suspects F.P., owner of three businesses in Prizren, has been known as regular 23 extinguishable bills worth 18m euros, as if for building a hotel that has been built before, which the bill had been accepted by B.B. and B.B. defendants. (who are looking) owners of a business in Podujevo allegedly committed criminal acts in co-ordination “false tax documents” and “Avoiding the tax” and as a result of these actions, ATK officials have recognised the right to remigration of the lower VAT in the amount of 2.8m euros for what there is also a Private Rebunder's Order for Repaying Forced by the Kosovo Budget, but that this procedure has been suspended in recent moments due to the initialization of the criminal case against the highly-acreted defendants.
