Perotechnic tool thrown at Mitrovica Police station north

A pyrotechnic vehicle was launched Sunday evening at the North Mitrovica Police station yard

News of TV 1 has been confirmed by Kosovo Police.

Veton Elshani, deputy director of police in northern Kosovo, told television that a priotechnic tool has been launched.

He has made known that there is no harm.

In the four northern Kosovo municipalities inhabited by Serbs, cases of attacks on Kosovo institutions are not rare.

Attacks and launching of explosive devices have especially occurred during the months of May and June of last year.

Although the situation in this part of Kosovo has been more calm since then, there has been a collapse of explosive devices even during November, near car registration centres, where the large number of Serbs in the north have converted Serbia's illegal license plates to those RKS.
