Kosovo police have arrested three people after suspected of “misusing official position or authority” and “legisation of false content”.
This, according to police, allegedly officials at a Prizren-based medical clinic have issued medical certificates to candidates who submit the driver's license exam, not physically present at the clinic and without medical examination.
“also suspected that this clinic co-operates with two auto schools, one with headquarters in Prizren and the other with headquarters in Malisheva. Auto-schools have also issued confirmations of candidates' ability in the theoretical and practical part without being candidates present in Kosovo”.
On 18,01.24, under suspicion of involvement in criminal acts: misuse of official position or authority and legalisation of false content, police have arrested three suspects: I.G., (day of 1962, Kosovar male), U.M., (year of birth 1975, Kosovo male) and L.B., (year of birth 1975, Kosovo male)”, says the police report.
Furthermore, it is known that suspects have been interviewed, and with the prosecutor's decision they have been sent to the detention for 48 hours.
