PDK: Unacceptable any Association statute that conflicts with the Constitution

Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi has held today separate meetings with the party's leadership and the college of branch heads, where they have discussed current political developments in the country.
Chairman Krasniqi has indicated that the year 2023 was lost for Kosovo, which was marked by degradation in education, collapses in health, economic stagnation, depletion and mass migration, failed diplomacy and sanctions by the European Union, as a result of the government's mismanagement and inability of Kurti.
The PDK's leadership has also discussed the draft Association status, where this draft was said to create a new level of power in Kosovo, as it has clear executive competencies.
Chairman Krasniqi reiterated the position for The PDK is unacceptable to any statute, which envisions formation of association with competencies that conflict with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kosovo, creates a new level of power and has executive competence.
At the end of these meetings, President Memli Krasniqi announced the PDK's Chiefship and Branch Speakers for future steps of opposition and called for their commitment to implementing the party's vision.
Mayor Krasniqi said Kosovo needs a creditable, capable and responsible Government, which, in addition to working to improve the welfare of citizens, returns the country to the proper course of Euro-Atlantic integration.
The leadership and PDK Branch Speakers expressed their readiness and commitment to engage in the mobilization of the PDK throughout the country.
