Pakistan has launched a revenge attack on Iran two days after the Iranian attack exacerbated reports between the two states.
They have said their attacks have hit terrorist shelters in the border province of Sisan-O-Balochistan, the BBC writes.
Iranian media have reported that three women and four children were killed by these attacks.
This attack came after being triggered by the previous Iran attack, which Tehran had said had had had terrorist groups at some point.
The two countries that have long pressed charges against each other are feeding groups of militants who conduct attacks in their border regions.
