Ohrid Annex: Article speaking contrary to what Kurt asked yesterday in Skopje

8. Kosovo and Serbia agree that all articles will be implemented independently by one another.

9. The order of the paragraphs of this Annex does not prejudge the order of their application.

10. Kosovo and Serbia agree not to block implementation of either article.

11. All discussions on implementation of the Agreement will be held within the EU-brokered dialogue.

Twelve. Kosovo and Serbia agree that disrespecting their obligations by the Agreement, Annex or past Dialogue Agreements could have negative direct consequences for their respective EU membership processes and for the financial assistance they receive from the EU.

Leaders of Western Balkan countries have expressed readiness to develop their countries according to European standards for a specific goal of membership in the European Union.
