I deeply regret today's events that happened to our beloved guests from Albania. I insist that Montenegro should and will be an oaz of peace and security for all. Our thoughts are with all the affected and we are working to offer everyone security and hospitality. They deserve it. An attacker has been identified and we are working on his arrest. Soon all information will be known about others, Spajzic said.
