Kurti urges Irish prime minister to support EU candidate status

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has asked his Irish counterpart Leo Vardkar for support for candidate status in the European Union, while thanking Ireland for supporting Kosovo.

Kurti has said that Kosovo and Ireland have great similarities among themselves and that the two states have the same aspirations.

At the joint conference with Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar, Kurti declared that Kosovo is inspired to develop the state of Ireland.
