Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has presented government priorities this year.
Kurti before the government cabinet said the priority in the latest governing mandate would be to build defence capacities, reform in justice, pension reform and finalisation of the Gjilan-Pristina highway.
In addition, he at today's executive meeting said that in foreign policy, membership in the Council of Europe is a priority.
According to him, in addition to buying and investing in the field of defence, co-operation with allies will be a priority.
“In this year, increased defence capacities will be the first priority of the defence ministry. For a good start, at the beginning of this year we received confirmation from the DAS that he accepted our request to buy the anti-tank system Yavelin”, Kurti said.
