The opposition leader in an interview for Kosova Prees has criticised Kurti for not drafting an Association draft, until he has asked him to make a decision on the draft proposed by the Euro-Americans, which he considers extremely harmful to Kosovo.
Given these circumstances, Krasniqi is convinced that early elections will be held during the year 2024, while warnings of frontal warfare with Serbia consider the lighting of fire for no reason from Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
Albin Kurti's “government will be remembered as the weakest government in independent Kosovo, as the most incompetent government, as the most inefficient government in any area. In no area are we better than we were three or five years ago. Education has degraded, the results of the PISA show a greater decline in the quality of learning-exensives. Health is in collapse, today even the most important hospitals do not have basic facilities until waiting lists even in clinics where they have not been to several months. Our economy has stabilised, growth 3.5 percent is less than growth in the early years of independence. Emigration has taken on disturbing proportions, parts of Kosovo, especially rural ones that have almost completely disgruntled. We have a diplomacy in clinical death, where they have not only managed to gain new recognition, but have also lost support and respect from Kosovo's most friendly states. It is this government that has brought sanctions from the European Union”, Krasniqi said.
Chairman The PDK, notes that Kurti has been downplayed with room for tactics regarding association, so in the first months of 2017 she must decide to accept or reject the euro-American proposed draft.
“has been his responsibility to draft the draft since the day he took office as prime minister. We have encouraged him to do such a thing, publicly and privately in the few meetings we have seen. Kosovo would have to write the draft itself, in order to make clear its institutional and state position, and normally have a much more favourable position in later discussions on reaching a compliance with international mediators... The scope for tactics has been completely minimised to the prime minister and he must make a decision once in his life on the issue. Be clear, accepted or refused, as it cannot push long with this uncertainty and manipulation as if by now”, Krasniqi said.
He considers that the draft Association creates a new level of power in Kosovo, as according to him there are clear executive competencies.
