Kosovo, Turkey sign military co-operation agreement

Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia has announced that the military framework agreement with the Republic of Turkey has been signed.

In his Facebook account, Macedonia has said he is staying in Turkey at the invitation of Turkish counterpart Yaşar Güller, while adding that their meeting ended with a huge achievement.

The exchange of military personnel, schooling, joint training, investment in the defence industry, as well as the health treatment of KSF members in Turkiye were some of the issues we discussed, and through the signed agreement, we pave the way for their realisation”, Macedonia said.

He added that this military co-operation would contribute to maintaining peace and stability in the region and beyond.
