Lawyer Fehmije Gashi-Bytyci has appealed to couples not to rush into marriage. She told RTK that commitment is created with marriage.
The solution is normal”, she said.
According to her, there are times when court decisions were not executed when they were arrested at border points, due to cases involving marriage issues.
