The man who killed the Albanian wife and two children was a policeman in New York

A New York police sergeant killed his wife and two children before killing his life over the weekend, authorities have said.

The Police Department in Clarkstown identified the victims as 49-year-old Watson Morgan, his Albanian wife, Ornela Morgan, 43, and the couple's two sons, aged 10 and 12.

Authorities said all four had gunshot wounds and a gun was found on the scene.
