Over the past week the MSU Regiment, through its CIMIC team, has made several donations of essential goods such as food and clothing for families in need of all ethnicities throughout Kosovo.
“KFOR is fully focused on the daily implementation of its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 in 1999 to provide a safe environment and freedom of movement for all communities living in Kosovo”, KFOR reports.
The MSU region in Albanian translates as the Multinational Special Unit.
And the Multinational Group CIMIC is NATO's specialised CIMIC unit, designed for civil-military co-operation at the tactical and operational level.
