Meanwhile, Kosovo Hydrometeorology Institute has declared for RTK that the speed of the wind, recorded yesterday, was on average strong but that cannot cause damage.
Meanwhile, 23-year-old girl who remained seriously hurt is continuing her treatment at QKUKUK.
We're in the phase when we're trying to stabilise its overall state and minimize the effects of the injury so that the patient can be stable as to its vital parameters”, said Shacir Uka, chief of Intensive.

We learned from doctors that Mrs. Wolfan had a lot of luck because he could die in the country. Doctors are doing everything they can to monitor her condition. We also met MP Fjolla Wolfan, her sister, and we are sure that the patient is in the right place and with the right doctors”, Prime Minister Albin Kurti said,
From the Pristina municipality, they say they have taken all security measures but that the case has been left to competent bodies.
The investigative officers, prosecutors and police are doing their job, and in terms of the security and emergency directorate, we have begun to sanction the damage in the building”, said Lulzim Fushtica, director for Security and Emergency Agency.
From the Kosovo Prosecution in a written reply, stated that competent bodies have initiated investigation into criminal work “Cause of total risk”.
To the prosecution in co-ordination with the police, they are conducting investigations concerning the case and, depending on the findings, will address the issue further, according to the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code provisions.
As the investigation continued, and from the first allegations it was said that the peak fell from the wind, Besim Aliu from the Hydrometeorology Institute, for RTK-notified that yesterday the meteorological station recorded the maximum rate of 9.8m/s.
According to the institute, this station records the speeds of every 5 minutes, which suggests that within this interval there may be greater speed, and the station does not register. But the speed of the wind recorded yesterday at 9.8m/s is responding to the scale of Baphorus 5 which means the average strong wind that cannot cause any damage.
However, this Institute appeals to this case as a next message for policymakers to devote special importance to the sector.
