Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has filed charges at the Constitutional Court against 27 defendants.
The incident has been raised against them due to the conduct of criminal acts “smuggling of migrants”.
“Primely to Syrian citizens, where more than seven hundred (7000) were enabled to pass from the Republic of Albania through Kosovo territory and move them to the Republic of Serbia, aimed at moving to European countries”, it is said.
The word is for the case known as “Shkoza” and arrests made during the summer after raids at several locations in Prizren.
