Former Commander The NLA for the Nerodime Operative Zone, Shukri Buja said in T7 that the Recak massacre was “planned and very professionally prepared”.
Members of Serbian forces who participated in the macabre execution of 45 civilians, Buja said they were supported by Serb military forces, but said “also had Albanian residents who helped Serbia's police”.
Buja said that “people in Recak and in the district recognize those who have been there and have pointed to the Serbian forces to enter the small village of Shtime.
“I have given testimony to one of the members of the Serbian police that acted in Shpee”, Buja said.
The former commander said there have been regular Serbian police officers and that “isa have been in massacre”.
“U has led one of the residents there. There have been Albanian and Albanian residents who have helped Serbia's Police”, he said.
