On December 22nd, 2021, nearly three years ago, Albin Kurti as Hajrullah Ceku's prime minister as culture minister raised their hand high on a specially formed commission to approve the renovation interventions at the Hotel “Adem Jashar” in Prekaz.
On charges of preliminary how they left this institution of unprecedented Albanian heroism nearly on the brink of collapse, Kurti and Ceku pledged that everything has already been legalally completed and hired for intervention, first emergency, and then a major plan for the conservation of the Jasharan and surrounding houses.
As it was on the day they said it would intervene, so has it, since the vow never lived.
Ceku's Kurt, contrary to their speaking, has not made emergency interventions in the main objects of the memorial, and much more apply to the Jasharan complex.
“From the beginning of next year our focus will be the big project, so the design and implementation of the master's plan for the memo complex”, had written after the Ceku meeting, while Kurti fulfilled with the statement that “from the next week will start investing in this memo complex”.
There was no excuse for launching the restoration given to us”, Fadil Nura, chairman of Squirrel and member of the Inter-ministerial Committee for the Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari” in Prekaz that was specifically formed as a group to deal with interventions in the Jasharaites' objects.

When Kurt had treated as national emergency restoration of the Jasharan Towers and had firmly declared since 2021 that it would be urgently intervened, Idriz Blakaj, former director of the Kosovo Memorial Complex Management Agency, was convinced the prime minister is lying.
All governments are joking with the Jasar Towers. The same is being done by Albin Kurti”, told of Albanian Post Blakaj.
Turns out he was right.
And why were you sure it wouldn't get involved, and it's just the” statement, we asked him almost three years after his statement.
Because I followed Prime Minister Albin Kurti's activities from his prison exit, and he never remembers ever keeping his word”, he said with a smile.
But it's not just Kurty believes Blake.
“Jasaw and Prekazin our politicians have only used for personal marketing”, he added.
On March 5th 1998, police and the Serbian Army had surrounded the Jasharaites' tower and other objects. As with the first sieges, Yashaws had refused to give up, which would lead to great fighting for three days.
72 hours had lasted the fighting between an army and a family.
Eventually, 59 people died, 55 of the same family at the helm with Adem Yasar, commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
The Jasharat Tower is canned at Prekaz, so it is seen in the tracks of fighting. Square meters of the walls of the central house and those around that aren't captured by heavy artillery bullets, or large-range destruction grenades.

This complex could be one of the most visited sites in Kosovo.
However, the government failed to keep its promises.
Minister Ceku no longer talks about the job or answers it.
When we asked the Agency for the Management of Monuments and Memorial Confusions that is within the ministry, their response to the non-intervention was indirect.
Since the current director does not, we address Executive Director Imer Hakaj's duty.
Hakaj's answer puts you into procedural mazes.
Turns out once the competition was launched, the next time the plan was approved, somewhere it was confirmed, a competition was closed, opened another one, and the plan has now remained in the Procuration Research Organisation.
The Interministerial Committee has approved the final document of the Commission of Experts, and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has decided on the criteria, the conditions for announcing the competition, as well as the project's selection application procedures for the Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari” in Prekaz”, Hakaj tells.
So?
Then the ministry has announced the open procurement procedure for selecting the master project plan for the Memorial complex”, Hakaj points out.
So, is everything ready to begin intervention?
“
It's unclear why this competition is closed, but it's said that everything remains “in a waiting for the official response from those”.
For Blake, the former director of the agency now leading Hakaj, nothing will happen again.
The cynicism in this direction was created when it recalls that the “Tower conservation project has been available since 2015 and is located in the offices of Agency”.
He says governments have never been sincere about intervention in this complex, the most important one in Kosovo.
If they did, they would have done it urgently at least in 2017, because it was then found that “no longer year can stand and fall”.
The “spent seven years and the towers are still in a much worse state”.
On our visit to the Memorial Complex to see the situation, it is seen to have remained intact since the first time the nearby scaffolds were placed to enable visitors to see the objects in detail.
The rest, the one at the cemetery, is well maintained and in good condition, until the museum where you can see the weapons and personal features of 59 people who died those three days.
In opposition, Kurt was very sensitive in dealing with Lapidas and the martyrs ' cemetery.
Expressing his disappointment with the governments, he had once told them in parliament that you steal “even in the tomb of martyrs”.
