Ganimetie Musliu: We have a president who plays Albin Kurti's technical assistant.

PDK MP Ganimete Musliu has voiced criticism in the direction of Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani.

Musliu has said the role of the country's president is determined by the Constitution, but that, according to her, president Osmani in no circumstance has respected her role and that she has silently accepted everything that happened in the country. She has stressed that Osman has played the role of Prime Minister Albin Kurti's technical assistant.

Instead of having a president who would unify people in normal situations with particular emphasis on crisis situations like the September 24th crisis, we have a president who plays the role of Albin Kurti's technical assistant. The role of the president or president is very clearly determined in the country's Constitution, so it has not respected its role in any form. She has kept silent and has accepted everything that happened in this country”, she told EO.

Musliu said the president has silented on many problems Kosovo has experienced during 2023, which according to her, has made it not to be creditable in its position.

“Loja with the State Prosecutor, her silence over the attacks Kosovo journalists have made, her silence for the north for days, her silence for diplomatic scandals taking place every day. Her silence to the Kosovo Police requirements made the presidents not loanable, not to speak of the list as a long list of problems the president has to give her opinion and stance. To unify the people, to call the government to reflect on citizens' demands, it has rather been a crutch of Albin Kurti”, she said.
