The National Institute of Public Health has come up with a communique, following the World Health Organization's alarm for increasing measles in Europe.
Through a communiqué to the media, I The KSHPKA has suggested that, in terms of major growth of cases in Europe and the region, there are no confirmed measles cases in Kosovo.
On the other hand, the Institute has said it does the continued monitoring of infectious diseases, including measles, constantly taking the profile and anti-ventional measures.
An appeal has also been made to parents.
“Vaxin is the best way to prevent the spread of fruit. Currently, Kosovo has a good level of coverage with the MMR vaccine. I The KSF is working intensively on co-ordination with the vaccination teams and primary health care institutions to identify children who did not receive MMR vaccines under the regular vaccination calendar. In this case, the IKSC calls on parents and legal caretakers to check the children's vaccination card to vaccinate those with a time of”, the communique says.
Fruit is one of the most infectious and dying diseases in children under five years of age.
