He said that over Sandulovich burdens the aquaza for “inciting national hatred”, as the same had placed wreaths of flowers on the Jashari family cemetery in Prekaz.
“PREBURGATION due to the deployment of flowers on the graves of Albanians in Kosovo, the public prosecutor in Nis has administratively proposed the 30-day detention measure against Nikola Sandulovici. The public prosecutor claims that the <x1->the establishment of flowers on the graves of Albanians/Family Jashari is the conduct of the criminal act of inciting national hatred by Article 317 of the Penal Code”, lawyer Stojkovic has announced.
