The prosecution has announced that one of the detainees is an official of the Pristina municipality, while the other responsible for the working company.
The two detainees reportedly are: Bekim Battjaray and Ylber Jashari, the first architect, the construction overseer from economic operator “NBT-ING” and second engineer, project manager assigned by the Pristina municipality.
What are Baftjaraj and Jashar suspected?
Both of them are suspected of misusing official duty, failing to fulfill the duties they were obliged to do.
The architect and engineer allegedly did not complete the work under the contract, and as a result, the peak of the Pristina municipality has collapsed.
On Baftjaran and Jasharin, criminal acts weigh: “Use of official position or authority” and “Cause of total risk”.
The peak of the facility that was inaugurated in 2009 collapsed a year after reconstruction
The Pristina municipality's target, in the quarter of “Arberia”, was inaugurated in the theatre in 2009.
This building was inaugurated by former leader Isa Mustafa at the time, and had cost the municipality 4m to 370 thousand euros.
200 thousand euros were provided as donations by the Ministry of Local Power Management and over $300,000 from the World Bank.
But the peak of the object, which has an area of 8,000 square feet [8,000 sq m], has been rebuilt last year.
The tender worth 386 thousand euros was won by “Subhareka based NBT-ING”

Company owner figures Behxhet Baftjaray, based on public data on the Business Record Agency.
The company in the past finds that it was Tahir Sopa's, Sunarekas businessman, who was arrested on charges of fraud, counterfeiting, and misusing public procurement.
The peak of the new Pristina municipality has collapsed after a strong era, resulting in a 23-year-old girl's being seriously injured.
It is continuing to be addressed at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo.
