The prosecution has announced that one of the detainees is an official of the Pristina municipality, while the other responsible for the working company.

The two detainees reportedly are: Bekim Battjaray and Ylber Jashari, the first architect, the construction overseer from economic operator “NBT-ING” and second engineer, project manager assigned by the Pristina municipality.
