Enver Hasani wants his name removed from a university-based publication -- does not figure “Hasan Pristina”

International law professor Enver Hasani has demanded that his name be removed from a Pristina University publication titled “Gennocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity”, where he is coauthor.

Hasan has made this request to the UP's Publishing Council because on the cover of this summary of the international court jurisdiction on genophifi, war crimes and crimes against humanity, it does not figure “hasan Pristina”, the university's name.

In his response through the email provided by the Express newspaper, Hasan wrote that the publication was originally conceived as the publication of the Pristina University Law Faculty “hasan Pristina”, and that this goal “has abandoned”. He's called this move “legally completely inappropriate”.

“Sic is seen on the cover, UP's name has been arbitrarily changed. A few weeks ago I published the book E. DHREETH AROUND ESE and legal name “University Pristina Hasan Pristina”. I wasn't the only one who was a changed name, because it was done arbitraryly, oculte, hooligan and totally for low motives. This is no reason, however, for us to change the name of the university where we work arbitraryly, ocultely, hooligansle and largely for low motives. Two reasons are why we shouldn't do this: first, because we are the Fakulett of justice from the beginning were the proud face of the Kosovo lawyer; and, second, because there is no legally authorized body decision for such a change of the current name of our university”, the professor wrote.
